THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF EBS

The Board of Trustees of Enigma Business School (EBS) functions as the highest supervisory body responsible for institutional oversight, policy approval, and strategic governance. The Board ensures that the long-term vision of EBS is preserved, its mission implemented responsibly, and its development aligned with ethical principles and global standards of higher education management.

The Trustees provide external perspective, leadership support, and professional expertise to guide decision-making across academic, administrative, and financial dimensions. Their role strengthens organizational accountability and promotes transparency in institutional planning, resource allocation, partnership prioritization, and accreditation efforts.

The Board works collaboratively with the Dean, Provost, Academic Council, and Alumni Council to review institutional objectives, evaluate performance indicators, and maintain compliance with quality assurance requirements. Trustees contribute to the sustainability of EBS by offering strategic insight and safeguarding institutional integrity in the interest of students, faculty, and the broader global community.
