Admission Terms at Enigma Business School (EBS) outline the official conditions, responsibilities, and institutional provisions governing student enrollment. These terms ensure that applicants understand the expectations associated with admission, program commencement, document submission, and academic participation. The terms apply to all applicants across undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate, professional, executive, and non-degree programs. By submitting an application, applicants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following provisions.

1. Application Validity

All information submitted during the application process must be accurate, complete, and verifiable. Submission of false or misleading information may result in:

  • Rejection of application

  • Withdrawal of admission offer

  • Cancellation of student status

EBS reserves the right to conduct document verification at any stage.

2. Rolling Admission

EBS operates on a rolling admission system, which means:

  • Applications are accepted throughout the year

  • Review decisions are issued on a continuous basis

  • Students may begin their studies upon completion of enrollment requirements

Program start dates may vary depending on student readiness and academic scheduling.

3. Conditional Acceptance

Applicants may receive conditional acceptance if certain documents or requirements are pending. Conditional acceptance must be resolved by providing the requested information within a specified period.

Failure to comply may result in cancellation of admission status.

4. Tuition Commitment

Admission becomes officially active upon payment of tuition fees and completion of enrollment confirmation. Tuition fee policies include:

  • Standard, fast-track, and scholarship options

  • International payment systems using USD/EUR/IDR

  • Accepted payment channels including PayPal, Wise, Stripe, bank transfer, and credit card

All payments must adhere to EBS financial regulations and refund policy.

5. Document Submission Format

Applicants must submit certified digital copies of all required documents. EBS may request:

  • Additional verification

  • Notarization

  • Apostille authentication

  • Translation into English

Documents that cannot be validated may delay admission decisions.

6. Language Requirements

Programs are delivered 100% in English. Applicants must be able to participate in academic activities, submit assignments, and communicate effectively in English.

English proficiency documentation may be requested but can be waived under certain conditions, such as:

  • Previous academic studies conducted in English

  • Professional experience using English as a working language

7. Credit Transfer and RPEL Conditions

Credit Transfer and Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning (RPEL) are subject to:

  • Fee associated with credit evaluation (if applicable)

Credit decisions are final and cannot be appealed once evaluation has been completed.

8. Enrollment Activation

Upon acceptance and fee confirmation, students will receive:

Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

9. Academic Code Compliance

All admitted students must comply with:

Violations may result in academic sanctions or dismissal in accordance with institutional policies.

10. Change of Program or Specialization

Students may request a change of program or specialization during the first stage of enrollment. Approval is subject to:

Requests submitted after coursework has begun may require additional credit assessment.

11. Admission Decision Finality
