All tuition-related payments are processed in United States Dollars (USD) / Euro (EUR) / Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and conducted through internationally recognized digital payment platforms to ensure safety, efficiency, and accessibility.

EBS maintains a straightforward payment process that supports multiple methods, accommodates international banking needs, and provides official transaction documentation for student records.

Accepted Payment Methods

EBS accepts the following payment channels for tuition fees, administrative charges, and document processing services:

Recommended for international students seeking fast, secure, and traceable transactions.

Wise

Suitable for students making low-fee international transfers, especially from non-USD currency accounts.

USD/EUR/IDR Bank Transfer

Payment Confirmation

Once payment is submitted, students will receive:

Payment confirmation typically occurs within 24–72 hours depending on the selected payment method.

Students are responsible for keeping copies of payment records for their own documentation.

Invoice and Billing

An installment schedule will be documented and acknowledged by both parties.

All official tuition fees are charged in USD/EUR/IDR. Currency conversion rates are determined by:

EBS is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or international service fees.

Payment Policy

To ensure smooth and timely enrollment:
