The Executive Board of Enigma Business School (EBS) provides strategic direction, academic supervision, and institutional management in support of the school’s mission and long-term vision. This team is responsible for overseeing academic operations, program development, digital learning infrastructure, research initiatives, and partnership engagement across global contexts.
Leadership at EBS is defined by clarity of governance, ethical conduct, and commitment to continuous improvement. Each member of the leadership team plays a distinct role in guiding academic standards, encouraging faculty excellence, monitoring institutional performance, and maintaining alignment with international accreditation requirements.
The Executive Board Team functions within a collaborative framework that values transparency, communication, and data-informed planning. By integrating academic expertise with professional experience, the leadership team ensures that educational policies and administrative systems remain relevant, effective, and responsive to student needs and industry trends.

The Executive Board responsible for daily operations, led by the Dean of Business School. It consists of vice deans/associate deans in various areas (administration, finance, operations, academics, research, innovation, marketing, international cooperation, etc.) as well as heads of strategic units.
Main Duties & Functions
- Execute strategies set by the Board of Trustees.
- Oversee all operations: academic, administrative, financial, HR, and marketing.
- Implement the curriculum approved by the Academic Council.
- Prepare annual budgets and operational plans and ensure achievement of KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Daily accountability for the school’s overall performance.
- Management of resources (human, financial, infrastructure).
- Ensure financial sustainability and institutional growth.
Interaction Patterns
- Acts as the executor of strategic directives from the Board of Trustees.
- Serves as the operational partner of the Academic Council.
- Supports the Alumni Council and Advisory Board in external collaborations.
Membership of the Executive Board reflects deep understanding in management, operational, organizational strategic, research, innovation, and other supporting fields. They are the best and chosen individuals in their respective fields.
