ResponsibilitiesDaily accountability for the school’s overall performance.Management of resources (human, financial, infrastructure).Ensure financial sustainability and institutional growth. Interaction PatternsActs as the executor of strategic directives from the Board of Trustees.Serves as the operational partner of the Academic Council.Supports the Alumni Council and Advisory Board in external collaborations.Membership of the Executive Board reflects deep understanding in management, operational, organizational strategic, research, innovation, and other supporting fields.
