2. Use Only the Official Bank Account

Payments sent to unauthorized bank accounts or personal accounts will not be recognized.

EBS is not responsible for:

  • Payments sent to incorrect accounts

  • Transfers made outside official channels

  • Fees charged by intermediary banks

Always verify payment details before making a transfer.

3. Cover All Transfer Fees

Students are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Their bank covers all transaction fees

  • The full tuition amount arrives in the EBS account

Shortages due to bank fees must be corrected by the student.

4. Upload Payment Receipt

After completing the transfer, students must upload the payment proof through:

PROCESSING TIME

Bank transfer verification may take:

  • 2–5 business days for international transfers

  • 1–3 business days for regional transfers

Processing times depend on the sending bank, intermediary banks, and international routing.

Students will receive a confirmation email once the payment has been successfully recorded.

SECURITY & FRAUD PREVENTION

To protect students and maintain financial integrity:

  • EBS does not use personal bank accounts for tuition payments

  • EBS will never request payment through unofficial channels

  • Always confirm bank details from the official website

REFUNDS FOR BANK TRANSFER PAYMENTS

Refunds (if eligible under the Refund Policy) will be issued:

  • To the same originating bank account
