HOW TO APPLY

The application procedure at Enigma Business School (EBS) is fully online, designed for international accessibility and efficient processing. Applicants can complete all steps digitally, from document submission to enrollment confirmation, using secure institutional systems.

This “How to Apply” guide explains each step required to begin your academic journey at EBS.

Step 1: Explore Programs

Visit the EBS website and review the program offerings at the undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate, professional, and executive levels. Identify your preferred:

  • Degree program

  • Specialization

  • Learning pace (standard or fast-track)

Applicants may download the E-Prospectus for additional program information.

Step 2: Prepare Required Documents

Before starting the online application form, prepare digital copies (PDF or JPG) of the following documents:

  • Academic certificates

  • Academic transcripts

  • Identification document (ID card or passport)

  • Curriculum vitae (for graduate and doctoral applicants)

  • Optional supporting documents (English certificate, reference letter, etc.)

Document requirements differ by program level. Check admission requirements before submitting.

Step 3: Fill Out the Online Application Form

Complete the official EBS Online Application Form by providing:

  • Personal details

  • Contact information

  • Education history

  • Program selection

Ensure that all fields are accurate and complete.

Step 4: Upload Supporting Documents

Upload all required supporting documents through the secure application portal. All documents must be:

  • Clear and readable

  • Verified original copies

  • In English or accompanied by an official translation

EBS accepts scanned files and digital photographs of official documents.

Step 5: Submit Application

After filling in the form and uploading the documents, click Submit Application. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your application.

Applications may be submitted at any time due to the rolling admission system.

Step 6: Application Review

The EBS Admission Committee will evaluate your submitted materials. The review includes:

  • Academic qualification assessment

  • Document verification

  • Program suitability

  • RPEL eligibility (if applicable)

Applicants may be contacted for clarification or additional information.

Step 7: Receive Admission Decision

Applicants will receive an admission result via email. Decisions include:

  • Full acceptance

  • Conditional acceptance

  • Revision request

  • Recommendation for alternative program

Admission timelines vary depending on application volume and evaluation requirements, but decisions are generally issued within 7–14 working days.

Step 8: Confirm Enrollment

If accepted, you must confirm enrollment by:

  • Paying the tuition fee in USD/EUR/IDR

  • Selecting a payment method (PayPal, Wise, Stripe, bank transfer, or credit card)

  • Signing the online acceptance form

Upon confirmation, the registration process officially begins.

Step 9: Get Access to Student Portal

After enrollment confirmation, you will receive:

  • Student ID

  • Login credentials

  • Access to the Student Portal

  • EBS Learning Management System activation

Orientation materials and academic guidelines will be provided.

Step 10: Begin Your Studies

Students may start their academic activities immediately, following student-centered and self-paced learning. Academic support is provided through:

  • Faculty mentoring

  • AI teaching assistant

  • Online tutoring

  • Access to E-Library
