The journal publishes studies employing qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-method approaches that contribute to the development of concepts, theories, and methodologies in leadership, management, and business studies.

Published 3 times a year with the following schedule: January, May, September. Manuscripts must follow the official Agency Journal template and include authorship, ethics, and copyright statements. Authors are required to comply strictly with the author guidelines, as manuscripts that do not meet the formatting or ethical requirements will be rejected prior to review by the Editorial Board.
